What makes it different
Prvw does one thing: show you your images. No editing, no library management, no cloud sync. It opens a file and gets out of the way.
Instant display
Opens photos in about 500ms. Adjacent images are loaded in the background, so when you flip to the next photo, it opens immediately.
Accurate colors
Embedded ICC profiles (Adobe RGB, ProPhoto, Display P3) are converted to your monitor's native color space. Wide-gamut P3 displays show the full range. Drag between monitors and it re-converts on the fly.
Camera RAW
Opens DNG, CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, ORF, RAF, RW2, PEF, and SRW straight from the card. Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, iPhone ProRAW, and the rest, decoded in pure Rust with demosaic, white balance, and sRGB gamma applied.
